Slice Cremini Mushrooms (5) .
Step 2
Slice the Scallions (to taste) .
Step 3
Gather your Bean Sprouts (240 g) .
Step 4
Heat the pan over medium heat. Place your Vegetable Oil (45 mL) in the pan then add the mushrooms and cook until they're 75% done, about 4 to 5 minutes (how they look in the photo).
Step 5
Add your bean sprouts and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.
Step 6
Add the cooked Brown Rice (30 g) and green onions. Mix all ingredients. Heat for 4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add Soy Sauce (15 mL) .
Step 7
Serve with Sriracha (to taste) and Watercress (to taste) . Enjoy!
