Step 1
In small saucepan, bring Heavy Cream (120 mL) to a simmer. Do not boil.
Step 2
Pour hot cream over Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (115 g) and Unsalted Butter (15 g) . Let stand for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Mix well until smooth for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
This makes a great topping for cakes, or my eclair recipe!
