Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Drizzle the Winter Squash (1/2) with Olive Oil (as needed) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and roast in the oven till fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Tear the Beet Greens (to taste) , Fresh Spinach (to taste) , Microgreens (to taste) , and Kale (to taste) and combine.
Step 4
Dice up Pear (1) and Apple (1/2) .
Step 5
Combine roasted squash with diced apples and diced pears.
Step 6
Drizzle with oil and vinegar and serve.
