Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Prep your
Asparagus (455 g)
. Cut the end of the stalk off, then use a vegetable peeler to strip the outer layer off the bottom of the asparagus.
Step 3
Coat Asparagus with the
Butter (30 g)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and toss lightly to coat, then sprinkle with
Grated Parmesan Cheese (10 g)
.
Step 4
Roast the asparagus for 10-12 minutes, until the spears are tender. If you want the cheese to brown and create a crunchy texture you can set your oven to broil for the last 1 minute of roasting! Serve the Parmesan Roasted Asparagus warm.
