Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Toss Potatoes (to taste) in Olive Oil (5 mL) , Salt (1 pinch) , Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) , and Ground Cumin (1 pinch) .
Step 3
Transfer potato peels to a rimmed, parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until peels are slightly browned and crispy.
