Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until well browned; drain.

Return sausage to skillet. Add
Chipotle Chili Powder (8 g)

Balsamic Vinegar (15 mL)
and
Dried Oregano (as needed)
. Mix well.
Step 4
Now switch to low heat and stir in
Light Cream Cheese (85 g)
and mix until well combined. Turn off the heat. Add
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (55 g)
and
Feta Cheese (75 g)
into the sausage mixture.
Step 5
Press large spoonful of sausage mixture onto each
Jalapeño Peppers (20)
half; place on baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 12-17 minutes until the filling is hot and jalapeño edges begin to wilt.
