Wash and chop up the Green Cabbage (400 g).

In a large skillet or wok, heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) with Garlic (2 cloves) and Red Chili Peppers (2). Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the cabbage and Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp). Stir, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat until cabbage is cooked.
