Step 1
Wash the
Roselle Leaves (1 handful)
and
Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful)
and put them in a bowl. Boil the
Water (720 mL)
and pour it on the leaves. Let it cool down.
Step 2
Wash the
Fresh Strawberries (150 g)
and blend them until smooth.
Step 3
Drain the leaves and pour the infused roselle water in a bowl.
Step 4
Mix in the blended strawberries and add the
Vanilla Extract (2 mL)
. Sweeten with
Granulated Sugar (100 g)
.
Step 5
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. If the juice is too thick or too strong, add water and sugar to taste. Serve and enjoy!
