Step 1

Add washed Dried Butterfly Pea Flower (2 g) to Water (80 mL) and let it cool.

Step 2

Drain the infused water in a cup.

Step 3

Add the Vanilla Ice Cream (640 g) to a bowl and slowly incorporate the infused water.

Step 4

Pour into molds and freeze overnight.

Step 5
