This Green Cauliflower and Wheat Berry Salad is bold in flavor, rich in color, and bursting with nutrition. Wheat berries, like most whole grains, are an excellent source of dietary fiber – which promotes digestive health; helps lower blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
