Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the
Feta Cheese (50 g)

Ground Coriander (as needed)

Add the
93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (455 g)
and gently mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
Step 4
Gently form the turkey mixture into four patties, approximately ¾-inch thick. Using your thumb, make a small indent in the center of each patty.
Step 5
Preheat a lightly oiled grill (or grill pan) over medium heat.
Step 6
Meanwhile whip up the harissa yogurt sauce. Combine the
Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (185 g)

Lemon (1/2)

Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (3 g)

Kosher Salt (to taste)

Green Harissa (15 g)
, and Green Harissa (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl.
Step 7
Place the burgers on the hot grill, thumbprint side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 8
Warm your
Whole Wheat Pita Bread (4)
in the microwave (10-15 seconds should do it) or directly on the grill.
Step 9
Time to build your burgers! Spread a dollop of yogurt sauce on the bottom half of each pita “bun.”
Step 10
Top each with a small handful of finely chopped
Romaine Hearts (70 g)
and a burger.
Step 11
Garnish with thinly sliced
English Cucumber (1/4)
,
Plum Tomato (1)
that have been sliced into rounds and
Red Onion (1/2)
and finish with extra yogurt sauce. Add everything together and serve immediately. Enjoy!
