Step 1
In a medium saucepan, add
Semi-Sweet White Chocolate Chips (125 g)
and
Heavy Cream (15 mL)
. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring to make sure everything is combined and it doesn't burn.
Step 2
Remove saucepan from heat and begin to dip the
Round Crackers (12)
into the melted chocolate and place the cracker on a sheet of parchment paper. Repeat the process until all 12 crackers have been covered in white chocolate.
Step 3
In another medium saucepan, add the remaining
Semi-Sweet White Chocolate Chips (125 g)
and
Heavy Cream (15 mL)
. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring to make sure everything is combined and it doesn't burn.
Step 4
Remove saucepan from heat and begin to dip the tops of the
Lindt LINDOR® Peppermint White Chocolate Truffles (12)
into the white chocolate.
Step 5
Place the truffle on a wire rack and garnish the top with
White Sprinkles (to taste)
. Repeat the process until all 12 truffles have been topped with chocolate and covered in sprinkles.
Step 6
Once the chocolate has set on the crackers and truffles, this typically takes about an hour or more, using a torch with a small flame to crisp the outside of the
Large Marshmallows (12)
. Set aside once complete on parchment paper.
Step 7
To assemble the s'mores, place a cracker on a plate, top with marshmallow followed by a white truffle. To keep the truffle from rolling off, take a snowflake toothpick and stick it down the center of the truffle so it connects with the marshmallow and cracker.
Step 8
Repeat process until all 12 s'mores have been made. Serve, and enjoy!
