Cooking Instructions

Place a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the Butter (4 Tbsp) and allow to melt, then add Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp) and Heavy Cream (240 mL), slowly whisking until the cream cheese has melted and incorporated into the sauce.

Continue whisking and add the Parmesan Cheese (45 g), Garlic (1 clove), and Italian Seasoning (1 tsp). Turn the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened.

Season with Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to taste and serve as desired.
