Step 1
Heat
Coconut Oil (45 mL)
in a medium pot with a lid over medium heat. Add a couple of
Popcorn Kernels (50 g)
to the oil; when one of the kernels pops, you know the oil is hot enough.
Step 2
Add the remaining kernels, then cover and shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning. Once the popcorn is popped, transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Spray the popped popcorn with the
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
(this will help the seasonings to stick). Using clean hands or a long wooden spoon, toss the popcorn to coat evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle with
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (6 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (3 g)
,
Granulated Sugar (10 g)
, and
Sea Salt (6 g)
, and mix until the popcorn is coated, then serve.
