Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (65 g)
and
Cream Cheese (30 g)
in a microwave oven for 1 minute. Stir the mixture and microwave again for 30 more seconds, until melted.
Step 3
Add the
Almond Flour (90 g)
and
Egg (1)
, and season with a generous pinch of
Salt (to taste)
. Mix together gently until completely combined.
Step 4
If the dough is sticky, sprinkle it with a little extra almond flour. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up (or freezer for 5).
Step 5
Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each out into a log.
Step 6
Spray a donut pan with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
and wrap the dough around the tin’s indentations. Sprinkle with the
Everything Bagel Seasoning (7 g)
.
Step 7
Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
