Cooking Instructions

Place the Walnuts (170 g), Fresh Oregano (1 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Fresh Thyme (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) in a food processor and pulse, until the mixture is finely chopped but not yet a paste.

Dump the walnut mixture onto a plate. Roll the Goat Cheese (225 g) log in the nut mixture. Use some pressure so the cheese is covered and the walnut mixture sticks to the log.

Slice and enjoy with bread or crackers!
