Step 1
Place the
Walnuts (170 g)

Fresh Oregano (2 g)

Fresh Parsley (3 g)

Fresh Thyme (as needed)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
in a food processor and pulse, until the mixture is finely chopped but not yet a paste.
Step 2
Dump the walnut mixture onto a plate. Roll the
Goat Cheese (225 g)
log in the nut mixture. Use some pressure so the cheese is covered and the walnut mixture sticks to the log.
Step 3
Slice and enjoy with bread or crackers!
