Step 1
Place the yolks of the
Eggs (2)
in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add
Dijon Mustard (10 g)

Step 4
Slowly add
Vegetable Oil (500 mL)
to eggs and dijon mustard, whisking constantly.
Step 5
Whip until the mixture starts to thicken and lighten in color.
Step 6
Slowly add
White Wine Vinegar (30 mL)
to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
Step 7
Add 1 Tbsp juice from the
Lemon (1)
for some zing, and whisk to combine.
Step 8
Season with
Salt (to taste)
