Keep the beet chips in a resealable container at room temperature for up to 10 days.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
Slice the Beets (905 g) as thin and evenly as possible. You can use a mandolin or a very sharp knife. The slices should be thin enough that they curl slightly at the edges.
Step 3
Put the beet slices in a large bowl and drizzle them with Olive Oil (15 mL) , Dried Rosemary (2 g) , Salt (3 g) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed) . Using your hands or tongs, toss until evenly until coated.
Step 4
Place the beets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 17 to 20 minutes depending on oven strength.
Step 5
Let cool for a few minutes then serve alone or with dipping sauce of choice.
