Step 1
Place pre made

on a floured surface.
Step 2
Press and roll into desired shape.
Step 3
Brush half of
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (30 mL)
onto top of crust.
Step 4
Place dough onto grill, oiled side down. Grill for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Step 5
Brush remaining
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (30 mL)
onto top of crust and spread
Basil Pesto (250 g)
onto oiled dough.
Step 6
Top pesto with
Monterey Jack Cheese (150 g)
.
Step 7
Add
Cooked Bacon (4 pieces)

Step 8
Carefully crack
Eggs (3)
onto the pizza, one at a time. Add
Kosher Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 9
Close lid of grill and let cook for another 5 minutes, until the egg whites have cooked through.
