Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Spread the Brussels Sprouts (16) evenly on a large baking dish. Mix Toasted Sesame Oil (4 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Sriracha (1 dash) and Worcestershire Sauce (1 dash) in a bowl. Pour over brussels sprouts. Toss in Cashew Nuts (60 g) and mix well.
