Step 1
Put the
Digestive Biscuits (12)
on a wire rack with a piece of wax paper placed underneath it.
Step 2
Melt
Dark Chocolate (250 g)
in a double-boiler over a low heat until completely smooth.
Step 3
Dip the rim of each of the
Waffle Cones (12)
in the melted dark chocolate, making sure to evenly coat.
Step 4
Working quickly, fill the cone with
Candy Corn (400 g)
and seal with a biscuit. Place the hats back on the wire rack.
Step 5
Coat each of the cones with melted dark chocolate.
Step 6
Leave to harden for 1 hour.
Step 7
Melt the
Green Candy Melts (100 g)
according to product instructions, and place in a disposable piping bag. Snip the end off with a pair of scissors and carefully pipe a band around the hat.
Step 8
Place the
Yellow Frosting (130 g)
in another disposable piping bag, snipping the end off with pair of scissors. Carefully pipe a buckle on the band.
Step 9
Leave the hats to set completely, about 1 hour.
