Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Roughly chop Pecans (170 g) .
Step 2
Spread chopped nuts on the bottom of the Pie Crust (1) .
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together Eggs (3) , Corn Syrup (240 mL) , Dark Brown Sugar (110 g) , Vanilla Extract (8 mL) , Butter (60 g) and Salt (3 g) .
Step 4
Add Ground Cinnamon (1 g) and whisk well until everything is combined.
Step 5
Pour mixture carefully over nuts.
Step 6
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the pie tin.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
