Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel the Sweet Potatoes (300 g) and White Sweet Potatoes (300 g) and dice them up finely. Add them to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Olive Oil (as needed) and Dried Mixed Herbs (1 g) . Season with a pinch of Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and McCormick® Garlic Powder (to taste) .
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 4
Stir the potatoes well. Place a wok or large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the sweet potato mixture to it. Stir fry the potatoes for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Take the pan off the heat and let the potatoes cool down. Once cooled, crumble the Feta Cheese (100 g) and add it together with half of the chopped Fresh Parsley (1 handful) to the bowl.
Step 6
Stir well again. Check the seasoning and add extra pepper or salt to taste if necessary. Then pour the potatoes and cheese in a large baking dish.
Step 7
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until soft.
Step 8
Remove the dish from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
