With an 8 ounce mason jar, begin by adding Oats (45 g) .
Step 2
Layer Honey (10 g) , followed by Flaxseeds (10 g) , Dried Cranberries (7 g) , Assorted Nuts (9 g) , and Ground Cinnamon (1 g) .
Step 3
The night before, add Almond Milk (120 mL) and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
In the morning, give it a good stir and your oats are ready to go! They can be eaten chilled or added to a bowl and warmed in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.

Serve and enjoy!
