Step 1
Add the
Avocados (2)

Medjool Dates (8)

Almond Butter (80 g)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (20 g)
, and
Salt (1 pinch)
to the bowl of a food processor.
Step 2
Process until very smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Fill 4 small dishes or ramekins with mousse.
Step 4
Top each mousse off with
Fresh Raspberries (to taste)
and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill quickly or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 5
Top with
Fresh Mint (to taste)
before serving. Enjoy!
