Coconut and Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties

Recipe

These "healthy" peppermint patties are made with unsweetened shredded coconut, maple syrup and 85% dark chocolate, and were a huge hit in the SideChef office. They're also incredibly simple to whip up, and make great gifts, too.
