Step 1
To make the simple syrup, use a medium saucepan, combine
Water (120 mL)

Granulated Sugar (100 g)

Fresh Ginger (6 g)
. Turn to medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove saucepan from heat and cool completely before adding to the cooler.
Step 2
In a food processor, add
Bourbon (90 mL)
,
Ginger Simple Syrup (60 mL)
,
Rhubarb (240 mL)
,
Fresh Mint (2 g)
,
Fresh Raspberries (8 g)
,
Fresh Blackberries (9 g)
and
Ice (210 g)
.
Step 3
Pulse until everything is well combined and smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with
Fresh Mint (to taste)
