Step 1
Bring 4 of the 5 cups of Water (1.2 L) , to a boil and add the Green Tea (6 bags) , and set aside to steep. Add Granulated Sugar (200 g) and the remaining water to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stir until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and let the simple syrup cool for about 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags from the tea. Combine the simple syrup, tea and juice from Lemons (2 1/2) and Limes (4) . Cover and refrigerate for several hours until chilled or overnight.
Step 3
Refrigerate the Pineapple Juice (960 mL) , Club Soda (960 mL) , and Sparkling Apple Cider (960 mL) .
Step 4
In a tube pan or bundt pan, scatter the Pineapples (340 g) evenly and pour the Pineapple Juice (480 mL) over to cover the fruit. Place the pan in the freezer and chill until solid, several hours or overnight.
Step 5
To serve, pour the tea mixture, pineapple juice, sparkling apple juice and club soda into the punch bowl.
Step 6
Run hot water over the bottom of the tube or bundt pan for a few seconds to loosen the ice ring.
Step 7
Float the ice ring in the punch bowl. Scatter slices of Lemons (to taste) and Limes (to taste) over the punch. Serve and Enjoy!
