Step 1
Turn on your grill and turn it up to high heat.
Step 2
Put the
Peaches (4)
flesh-side down on the grill and close the lid for 5 minutes. They should have grill marks and be nice & tender.
Step 3
Flip them over and cook with the lid closed for another 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
Heat a small sauté pan to medium low heat and add the chopped pecans. Flip them around as they roast for a few minutes. You just want them to warm up and release their oils and not necessarily color. Remove and set aside.
Step 5
Fill your bowl with grilled peaches, a couple scoops of
Vanilla Ice Cream (425 g)
, a drizzle of
Honey (85 g)
and some
Pecans (25 g)
