Step 1
To the bowl of a food processor or Vitamix blender, add Fresh Basil Leaves (80 g) , toasted Walnuts (60 g) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed) , Parmigiano-Reggiano (50 g) , Lemon (1) .
Step 2
Pulse a few times to break down the basil.
Step 3
In a steady stream add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (120 mL) , pulsing until olive oil is blended into other ingredients and mixture forms a loose paste.
Step 4
Season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 g) and Kosher Salt (6 g) . Enjoy!
