Combine the Water (120 mL) and Granulated Sugar (100 g) in a small sauce pot. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

Throw the Fresh Raspberries (750 g) into a blender or food processor along with the fresh Oranges (2) juice. and blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer, placed over a bowl to remove the raspberry seeds.

Pour the raspberries mixture into a large pitcher and stir in as much of the simple syrup as you’d like. Stir in the Vodka (120 mL) and Champagne (1 pckg).

Combine the Ground Black Pepper (4 Tbsp) and Raw Sugar (4 Tbsp) in a shallow dish. Cut wedges out of the Lemon (1) Rub the lemon wedge along the edge of the glasses to create a glue. Then dip the glass, upside-down into the shallow dish.
