Step 1
Combine the Water (120 mL) and Granulated Sugar (100 g) in a small sauce pot. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Step 2
Throw the Fresh Raspberries (750 g) into a blender or food processor along with the fresh Oranges (2) juice. and blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer, placed over a bowl to remove the raspberry seeds.
Step 3
Pour the raspberries mixture into a large pitcher and stir in as much of the simple syrup as you’d like. Stir in the GREY GOOSE® Vodka (120 mL) and Champagne (1 pckg) .
Step 4
Combine the Ground Black Pepper (25 g) and Raw Sugar (60 g) in a shallow dish. Cut wedges out of the Lemon (1) Rub the lemon wedge along the edge of the glasses to create a glue. Then dip the glass, upside-down into the shallow dish.
Step 5
Pour the cocktail into the pepper sugar rimmed glasses and top with a sprig of Fresh Thyme (to taste) . Serve and drink right away. Enjoy!
