Step 1
In a small pot, combine the
Granulated Sugar (100 g)
and
Water (240 mL)
. Bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat, and stir in the
Rhubarb (4 stalks)
. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
Step 2
Transfer to a small bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a large pitcher, combine
Oranges (4)
,
Fresh Strawberries (600 g)
, rhubarb syrup,
Ginger Ale (960 mL)
,
White Wine (750 mL)
, and ice.
Step 4
To serve, pour into iced glasses and garnish with
Limes (to taste)
and
Fresh Mint (to taste)
