Author's Notes

Baked oatmeal can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and in the freezer for 3 months.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash the Bananas (4) using a fork or potato masher.
Step 3
Add in the Peanut Butter (160 g) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (20 g) into the mashed bananas. Combine till well mixed.
Step 4
Add in the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (270 g) , Salt (1 pinch) and Granulated Sugar (25 g) into the wet ingredients. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture into an 8x8-inch greased or lined square pan.
Step 6
Bake it for 20-25 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Let it cool down before slicing and serving!
