Combine Coconut Milk (240 mL) , Fresh Turmeric (10 g) , and Fresh Ginger (2 g) in a bowl. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain through a wire mesh sieve or nut bag. Add Maple Syrup (15 mL) .
