Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl add Just Jan’s® Kadota Fig Spread (20 g) , Dijon Mustard (10 g) , Kosher Salt (2 g) , White Wine Vinegar (1 mL) , and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Whisk until well blended then add the Olive Oil (80 mL) in a stream, continuing to whisk until the oil is incorporated.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the Arugula (to taste) , Dried Persimmons (to taste) , Roasted Pecans (to taste) , and Dried Cranberries (to taste) . Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy.
