An egg bite pan is needed for this recipe - if you don’t have one, you can use a muffin pan.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat air fryer or oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Lightly grease the egg bite pan using a small amount of Butter (as needed).

Separate Eggs (6) whites from yolks.

Using a whisk, whisk in the 2% Reduced Fat Milk (1 Tbsp).
