Cut Pork Chops (905 g) into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Cut Potato (1) and Carrot (1) into small cubes.

Cut Celery (1 stalk) into small pieces. Roughly chop Yellow Onion (1).

Roughly chop Tomatoes (2). Finely chop Garlic (5 cloves)

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add Oil (1 Tbsp) and fry pork chop until golden brown.

Add onions and to the pan, fry over medium heat for 3 minutes or until translucent.

Add garlic and fry for another minute.

Add in all vegetables, Italian Seasoning (2 tsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Ketchup (4 Tbsp), Paprika (2 tsp), and Chili Powder (1 tsp).

Add chopped tomatoes, Crushed Tomatoes (1 can), Chicken Stock (960 mL), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Bay Leaves (2). Mix well and bring to a boil.

Simmer over medium heat for at least 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Before serving, garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste). Serve with white rice if desired.
