Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine
Garlic (1 clove)
Fresh Ginger (4 g)

Scallions (1 bunch)

Ground Beef (455 g)

Soy Sauce (15 mL)

Step 2
Form beef into 8 long patties with both of your hands. To prevent hamburgers from puffing up during cooking, make a slight depression in the center of the patty.
Step 3
Brush a little
Avocado Oil (as needed)
on the patties. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside to rest for 5 minutes, covering loosely with foil.
Step 4
To serve, place the patties on
Lettuce Leaves (8)
and top with
Kimchi (80 g)
and
Cherry Tomatoes (150 g)
. Garnish with
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
