Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place the Milk (120 mL) , Buttermilk (120 mL) , Butter (60 g) , and Vanilla Extract (5 mL) in bread machine.
Step 2
Then add the Salt (6 g) , Bread Flour (615 g) , Granulated Sugar (35 g) , and Active Dry Yeast (10 g) .
Step 3
Turn on and let run the complete dough setting. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out in a square and cut into rectangles with a pizza cutter.
Step 4
Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes. You can place it in the refrigerator and save for later at this point.
Step 5
Heat Peanut Oil (as needed) to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place dough in the oil once hot and turn over again and again. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Step 6
Coat in Powdered Confectioners Sugar (220 g) . Serve hot and enjoy!
