Step 1
Cover
Red Potatoes (590 g)
and
Garlic (3 cloves)
with water in a large saucepan. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
Step 2
Drain and return to the saucepan with
Light Sour Cream (170 g)
. Mash to desired consistency. Stir in the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (30 g)
.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 4
Brown
Extra Lean Ground Beef (455 g)
in a large skillet. Stir in
All-Purpose Flour (15 g)
and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add
Frozen Mixed Vegetables (600 g)
,
Beef Broth (180 mL)
, and
Ketchup (30 g)
. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Spoon meat mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover with mashed potatoes. Bake for 18 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (30 g)
. Bake an additional 2 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Garnish with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
