To a large martini shaker, add the Ice (140 g), Crème de Menthe (4 Tbsp), Vodka (4 Tbsp), Peppermint Extract (1 tsp), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Shake for 30 seconds.

Rim your glass by adding the Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp) and Water (1 Tbsp) to a small plate. Stir to combine. Place two glasses you’ll be serving the drink in onto the sugar mixture then dunk into the crushed Candy Canes (5).

Pour the chilled cocktail into the glasses and garnish with more candy cane and Fresh Mint (2 sprigs).
