To a large martini shaker, add the
Ice (140 g)

Crème de Menthe (60 mL)

GREY GOOSE® Vodka (60 mL)
,
Peppermint Extract (5 mL)
, and
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
. Shake for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Rim your glass by adding the
Granulated Sugar (35 g)
and
Water (15 mL)
to a small plate. Stir to combine. Place two glasses you’ll be serving the drink in onto the sugar mixture then dunk into the crushed
Candy Canes (5)
.
Step 3
Pour the chilled cocktail into the glasses and garnish with more candy cane and
Fresh Mint (2 sprigs)
