In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat add the Chorizo (170 g). Stir and cook for about 5 minutes, until it’s crumbled, browned, and cooked through.

Once the chorizo is done, transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain. Drain any leftover fat from the skillet.

In the same skillet, melt the Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp) over medium heat. Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour (1 Tbsp) and cook for 1 minute.
