Step 1
In the bowl of your electric mixer, combine
Creamy Peanut Butter (320 g)

Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (15 g)

Baking Powder (4 g)
. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 2
Wrap up the dough in a plastic paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 4
Scoop dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Flatten out each ball with a glass and place a few
Mini Chocolate Chips (85 g)
onto each cookie.
Step 6
Bake for about 10 min, and then let cool completely on a rack.

Enjoy with a glass of milk!
