Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (15 mL) and sauté the Onions (35 g) in a pan over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add Sweet Potato (1) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat your broiler to high. Add the Cayenne Pepper (to taste) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g) , Ground Thyme (as needed) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Step 4
Fry the Eggs (4) to your liking. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 5
While the egg are cooking, Place the hash under the broiler for about 5 minutes until potatoes start to brown and are crispy. Spoon onto plates and top with fried eggs. Sprinkle with Fresh Basil (2 g) .
