Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a blender place the Red Kidney Beans (1 can) , Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste) , Salt (3 g) , Ground Cumin (as needed) , Ground Chili Pepper (as needed) , Tahini (30 g) , Lemon Juice (1/2) , and Ground Ginger (as needed) .
Step 2
While blending pour in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) and enough Water (as needed) to get the right consistency.
Step 3
Pour it into a serving bowl, drizzle the top with the remaining tablespoon of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) and enjoy with crackers of choice.
