Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a blender process
Bananas (300 g)

Almond Milk (180 g)

Chickpea Flour (180 g)

Coconut Flour (30 g)

Salt (1 pinch)

Baking Powder (10 g)

Xanthan Gum (4 g)

Step 3
Add in the
Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (40 g)
and
Vegan White Chocolate Chips (40 g)
and stir them into the batter.
Step 4
Lay a 22-centimeter cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, slice up a banana length-wise and place it on top.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let the cake cool down completely. Slice it up and enjoy.
