Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl combine the Ground Flaxseed (10 g) and Water (45 mL) , stir, and let sit for a few minutes until it thickens.
Step 3
In a separate bowl stir together Apple Sauce (80 g) and Chia Seeds (10 g) .
Step 4
Grate the zest of 2 Lemons (2) . In a bowl of your electric mixer whisk the chia mix, flaxseed egg, juice of 1 lemon, Soy Milk (60 g) , Water (120 mL) , and Coconut Oil (50 g) together.
Step 5
Add the Coconut Sugar (100 g) , Cake Flour (160 g) , Whole Grain Flour (60 g) , Coconut Flour (20 g) , Baking Powder (4 g) , Salt (1 pinch) , and stir to combine.
Step 6
Pour into greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
Step 7
Once cooked, let the cake cool completely on a wire rack. Then dust with powdered sugar and some lemon zest.
